You have to eject all discs and SD CARD!! And it will abort!! I search a software update for ntg4 2010 version, but it seems to come from glk, I fitted it to c class, all works good, but I can't use the swith to open close the screen, I think that's because it's a glk programmed unit, and software update may permiss open close screen with the switch under the screen. They should insert the disc immediately upon start up of the COMAND and the COMAND should start reading the data and take the update. The dealer should have an update disk and be able to update it.

Any ideas on how to get out of this loop? Dealer kids have not seen anything like this. Both of those just reboot the unit back to the software upgrade sequence. I've tried a soft reboot - pressing 5, hold for a sec then press 3 and also pressing the ON button for about 20 sec.
